Atomy UK Policies
1. Line/Sponsor Change
A) The line change application form must be received within FIVE (5) days (including weekends and public holidays) after online registration has been made.
B) There should be no purchase records and no PV being accumulated on the Member account.
C) The lineage must be in an ascending order from the top to bottom: the Member ID must be a higher number to the Sponsor ID (you are unable to move to a sponsor who registered AFTER you).
D) The position of the Member must be at the bottom of the line.
E) If the right leg of a sponsor has been occupied, it is unable to change the position of the Member on the left. 6) Insertion or removal of a Member in between the lines is not allowed.

2. Delivery Policy
A) UK Delivery Information: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details directly from our delivery partner once your order is dispatched. This will allow you to track the status of your parcel at any time.
- Standard Delivery: We offer standard delivery for £4.99, or FREE standard delivery when you spend £75 or more. You should receive your order within 3–5 working days*.
- Express Delivery: We offer express delivery for £7.99, or £2.99 when you spend £75 or more. You should receive your order within 2–3 working days*.
Please note: Express delivery is not available in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or UK Islands.
C) Education Centre Delivery: If you select education centre delivery, we offer free delivery to the education centre assigned to your member ID (within the UK). Your order should be available for collection within 10 working days*. You will be notified by the Education Centre when ready for pickup.
D) Group Order Delivery: The minimum order requirement for combined group orders is £75. We offer free standard delivery for all group orders. The designated delivery address should receive the order within 3–5 working days*.
*Please Note: Delivery time may vary depending on the location and circumstance. Weekends and public holidays are exempt from the delivery period. Delays may occur due to unexpected weather conditions, stock shortages, or incorrect delivery information.
E) International Delivery: Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver outside of the UK. To purchase Atomy products outside the UK, simply check our other Global branches here. (link to : https://global.atomy.com/menu.es?mid=a20108000000).
3. Reselling Policy
The Member must not sell or attempt to sell Atomy products or services through any method not expressly authorised by Atomy. Sales are strictly limited to the official Atomy website and any other platform expressly approved by Atomy in writing. Prohibited sales methods include, but are not limited to:
- (1)non-Atomy approved websites or online forums, including but not limited to:
- (A)auction or bidding platforms (e.g., eBay), third-party retail sites (e.g., Amazon), and social media sales channels (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat);
- (B)messaging or communication applications (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Viber, Facebook Messenger);
- (C)personal blogs, websites, or business domains owned or operated by the Member;
- (D)authorising or requesting third parties to publish or promote Atomy products, services, or Sponsor IDs on any non-approved platforms.
- (2)physical retail settings, including shopping centres, trade fairs, markets, pop-up stalls, public exhibitions, street vendors, and car parks;
- (3)private residential settings, including the Member’s home or that of family or friends where the primary purpose is the sale of Atomy products;
- (4) any other methods of sale that Atomy, in its sole discretion, prohibits from time to time.
4. Membership Termination and Re-registration Policy
A) If a member ID auto-terminates (due to 12 months inactivity), they can re-register immediately.
B) But if a member voluntarily withdraws, they must remain inactive for 12 months before re-registering.
C) For Mastership IDs:
Sales Masters: must wait 1 year (12 months) after automatic withdrawal.
Diamond Masters and above: must wait 2 years after automatic withdrawal.
5. Education Centre Policy
A) Application Requirements

Must have accumulated at least 5 million PV or above:
– Accumulated minimum 700,000 Personal PV + 4.3 million Group PV from Atomy UK Shopping Mall orders in the past 12 months -
Attended at least 1 Atomy Success Academy / 2 One Day Seminars in 6 months

Must have a recommendation letter from a Diamond Master or above

Not a member of any other multi-level marketing companies

No criminal record / membership suspension or warning record
B) Centre Application Physical Requirements

Must be at least 400 sq. ft. which can hold a capacity of 15 people at least, with a clear fire route complying with the government’s fire safety regulations

No other Education Centre in operation within 2 km of radius, please go to https://uk.atomy.com/cst/contactUs to check the existing Centres

Necessary equipment must be available in the Centre (e.g. computer, projector, TV, tables)

The Centre cannot be registered for other purposes (e.g. you cannot run a beauty salon in the premises at the same time).
